This site is now the go-to hub for all New York residents to learn why recycling correctly is so important and how you can improve your personal recycling habits. Knowing what is and is not accepted for recycling can be very confusing, but this new site will help you to “Know Before You Throw!” by connecting you with your local recycling guidelines and by providing waste reduction, reuse, and recycling tips for more than 300 common household items.
